This recipe is so super easy and fast, even your children can improvise on this one! Its fresh and nutritious and tastes so good!
- Heat a saucer kettle with water. Add chicken or veggie bouilon and stir. As the water heats up, add sliced green pepper, frozen corn, carrots, mushrooms…whatever fresh veggies available at the time.
- Heat in kettle until mixture is steaming and boiling. Turn heat down and add dry rice noodles. Allow the noodles to cook until soft, then serve. Yum!!
