We enjoyed decorating and creating fun recipes for our annual Halloween party! This year’s theme was “So Simply Fun It’s Scary” which we setup by our pool, and included a fog machine, star show lights, and a great time for kids young and old! Check out some of our highlights:
Gel window clings from the dollar store add a nice touch to any Halloween Party. I edited a stylistic photo of our doorway with a free software program called Pixlr.
Witches’ broomsticks and hats are easily created with peanut butter cups, preztels, cookies and kisses. We stuck the kisses onto the cookies with green frosting.
Party favors displayed nicely in Halloween Treat bags. We sectioned out into Adults and Kids for special prizes.
A pan of chocolate graham crackers, topped with melted white chocolate and sprinkled with Halloween Candy goodies. Break apart in sections for delicious munching!
A great way to recycle your empty milk cartons! We decorated with ghost and jackolatern faces, filled with water and a glow stick to make them come alive. We lined up our driveway with these fun creations!
Our pool was lit up with an awesome light show, made possible by a gadget called Star Shower Laser Light.
Wrap up hot dogs in crossaint dough and bake. Add mustard eyes at the end for cute lil mummy delights!
Eye ball pudding parfaits. Yum!
Decorate a table with your milk carton lights.
We spread fake spider webs around the house and added paper spiders. Photo edited with Pixlr.
One of the best holidays for kids, Halloween is the perfect time to get your little monsters’ brains ticking. Masking science with fun makes it even more enjoyable for them. Check out these scary projects:
